Free live shamanic journeys
Soul Journeys
The last Sunday of every month · Live on YouTube
Once a month we gather, the drum begins, and we travel together through the World Tree to meet the guides, allies, and ancestors who have been waiting for you.
✧ what a journey is ✧
A conversation with the unseen
Shamanic journeying is one of the oldest spiritual practices on earth. To the steady rhythm of a drum, you close your eyes and let your awareness travel, a little like a vivid dream, except you are awake and you are choosing the way.
I guide you into the World Tree, and from there into the lower, middle, or upper world. Your spirit allies, power animals, guides, and ancestors can meet you there, and you may come back with a message, an image, or a feeling you have been needing.
Soul Journeys began as a virtual community of people devoted to inner exploration and to cultivating a relationship with the Divine. That is still exactly what it is... a place to reconnect with your magic, and with the powerful forces of nature that have never stopped reaching for you.
Your soul is endless and unlimited.
the World Tree
Three worlds, one tree
Every journey begins at the World Tree, the great tree whose roots reach deep below and whose branches hold the sky. In the Norse tradition it is Yggdrasil. From its trunk we can travel in three directions.
-
Up through the branches
The upper world
The realm of teachers, guides, and ascended masters. It is where I first met Isis, who has walked with me ever since.
-
Out along the trunk
The middle world
The spirit of the world we live in... the land, the elements, the plants, and the hidden folk of the places you love.
-
Down through the roots
The lower world
The home of power animals and the old, deep wisdom of the earth. Many people meet their first ally here.
✧ how it works ✧
How a journey unfolds
No experience needed, no drum, no practice. If you can close your eyes and listen, you can journey.
Get your invitation
Join my letters, and the link and start time arrive in your inbox before each journey.
Make a sanctuary
A quiet room where no one will interrupt you for an hour, somewhere comfortable to lie down, and headphones if you have them. A blanket and something soft over your eyes are lovely too.
Journey together
I open the space and share the intention, then my drum, which carries the Goddess and the Tree of Life, takes us there. I guide you out, and I guide you home.
Bring it back
Write down whatever came, even if it seems small. Share it in the chat if you would like... the Soul Journeys community loves to hear what you saw.
Have headphones, a journal, a glass of water, and a blanket nearby.
I didn’t think I’d get much in a short time. But had 3 distinct lives come up during my drum journey.

✧ questions ✧
Before you journey
Do I need any experience?
None at all. I guide every step, from the moment we enter the tree to the moment you come home.
Is it really free?
Yes. The live journeys are my gift to this community, every month.
What if I don't see anything?
Journeys arrive in many ways... images, colors, feelings, sounds, a sudden knowing, a memory. There is no wrong way to journey, and it often deepens with practice.
Can I watch later?
Yes. Every journey stays on my YouTube channel, gathered in the Soul Journeys playlist, so you can journey whenever you are ready.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. Journeying is a spiritual practice and a beautiful companion to care, never a replacement for it. If you are carrying something heavy right now, please be gentle with yourself and reach out for support first. The tree will still be here.
Can I work with you one on one?
Yes. The Deep Dive is ninety minutes together, live, and I journey on your behalf beforehand. You can also bring me your question in an Emailed Transmission. See the readings.
"Come as you are. Bring your questions, your tiredness, your curiosity... the drum will do the rest."
