Welcome to the first harvest.
Lammas asks, what is already ripe, exactly as it is?
From Your Guide to Lammas
The grain is ready. The first sheaf has been cut. The fields are turning gold and the air carries the scent of warm earth and something quietly completing. This is Lammas. The first harvest.

The First Harvest
Most of us never stop to take stock. We move from one season of effort straight into the next without ever naming what we built. This worksheet is a way to take inventory of your harvest, decide what to keep and what to release, and set clear intentions for the gathering season.
It is on its way to you.

where it sits on the Wheel
Lammas lives in the dimming
On the Wheel, Lammas opens the dimming... the harvest arc that carries you from the first cutting down through Mabon, before the dark months begin at Samhain.
If the dimming is the season you resist, you are what I call a Harvest Holder. This is the season you postpone.
